## 1. Agreement to Terms

By using AILead services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

## 2. Services Provided

AILead provides:

- Custom GoHighLevel CRM setup and configuration

- Lead source integrations (Zillow, Realtor.com, Facebook, Google, etc.)

- Marketing automation workflows

- Database reactivation and past client nurture campaigns

- A2P 10DLC SMS registration and compliance setup

- Ongoing technical support and system maintenance

All services are customized based on your individual business needs.

## 3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing Structure

All pricing is custom and outlined in your individual Service Agreement, which includes:

- Setup Fee: One-time, non-refundable fee for initial system configuration

- Monthly Retainer: Ongoing monthly fee for maintenance, support, and system access

- Optional Add-Ons: Database cleanup, advanced integrations, or other custom services

Payment Terms

- Setup fees are due upon contract signing

- Monthly retainer payments are due on the 1st of each month

- First month retainer is pro-rated based on your start date (monthly retainer ÷ days in month × days remaining)

- Late payments may result in service suspension or termination

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

After the setup phase is complete, you have 30 days to evaluate the system. If you are not satisfied within this 30-day period, you may cancel your monthly retainer and receive a full refund of retainer fees paid. The setup fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

## 4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Provide complete onboarding information within 2-3 business days of payment, including:

- Business legal name, address, and contact information

- Branding assets (logo, headshot, brand colors)

- Lead source credentials and access

- Current client database (if applicable)

- Provide accurate and timely information for A2P 10DLC registration

- Respond to setup requests and communications in a timely manner

- Use the system in compliance with all applicable laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.)

- Not misuse, resell, or reverse-engineer the services provided

Failure to provide required information within 2-3 business days may delay setup and is not grounds for refund.

## 5. Results Disclaimer

Results are not guaranteed. The conversion rates, revenue improvements, and statistics shared on our website represent industry averages and third-party case studies. Individual results depend on lead quality, market conditions, agent effort, and other factors outside our control.

We provide automation tools and setup services. You are responsible for your own business decisions and outcomes.

## 6. Limitation of Liability

AILead is not liable for:

- Lost revenue, missed opportunities, or business interruptions

- Third-party service outages (GoHighLevel, Zapier, Stripe, etc.)

- Data loss caused by client error or third-party platform issues

- Results or outcomes from using the automation system

- Delays caused by client failure to provide required information

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the preceding 12 months.

## 7. Termination

Client-Initiated Cancellation

- Within 30-Day Guarantee Period: You may cancel at any time and receive a full refund of monthly retainer fees. Setup fee is non-refundable.

- After 30-Day Guarantee Period: You must provide 14 days' written notice to cancel. No refunds will be issued for the current month's retainer.

Company-Initiated Termination

We may terminate services immediately if you:

- Fail to pay invoices

- Violate applicable laws or regulations

- Breach these Terms of Service

Upon Termination

- Access to your GoHighLevel sub-account will be removed

- Monthly retainer payments cease after the notice period or final billing cycle

- Setup fees are non-refundable under all circumstances

- We are not responsible for data export or transfer after termination

## 8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data, client lists, and content. AILead retains ownership of system templates, workflows, and proprietary automation frameworks.

## 9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before pursuing legal action. If legal action is necessary, it will be conducted in McKinney, Texas.

## 10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
